3+1 level BMS architectureIncorporating a sophisticated integrated flexible networking mode, this system supports both single cluster independent use and multiple cluster battery parallel use. It offers simultaneous online monitoring of system total voltage, total current, insulation resistance, and relay bonding. With real-time cell safety state monitoring, intelligent balancing, fault diagnosis, and multi-level alarm and protection, the system is further enhanced with precise SOX computing. It supports mass data collection and storage, AI-driven big data security early warning, and battery performance monitoring with trend analysis, all of which contribute to complex logic processing, local data storage, and robust edge computing applications.
Our design meets the stringent DC 1500V standards and supports remote platform intelligent operation and maintenance. This effectively extends battery life, improves system stability and security, and significantly reduces equipment operation and maintenance costs.
